Abt has officially partnered with DisabilityIN, a leader in the disability inclusion space worldwide. Partnering with DisabilityIN ensures that Abt is actively working to improve equity and inclusion for everyone.
Abt’s first Gender Transition Guidelines contain guidance for U.S.-based staff who are legally, socially, and/or medically transitioning. This guide also helps people managers and colleagues learn how to support people going through the transitioning process. The Gender Affirmation benefit covers services such as facial reconstruction surgery, waxing, threading and hair removal treatments, and wigs and hair replacements, among other items. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where individuals can thrive as their true selves.
Abt expanded a new mental health resource benefit to all US employees through NeuroFlow, as another tool to support overall wellbeing. This secure application supports tracking, assessing and managing overall wellness at no cost to employees.
