Expanding Commercial Lending for Clean Energy in Central America
Abt Environmental and Climate Change Specialist Santiago Enriquez co-authored a blog on the role that the Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment, and Resilience Activity (CEADIR) program plays in expanding commercial lending for clean energy in Central America. Abt is the technical lead for CEADIR and, as a result of the program, seven banks in the El Salvador, Central America, and Mexico Regional Mission have developed or enhanced energy efficiency and green credit lines for small- and medium-sized businesses.
