The Career Pathways Descriptive and Analytical Project for the Department of Labor builds evidence on career pathways training strategies to inform program development. Our scan of 96 impact evaluations paints an encouraging picture and suggests the field could benefit from a more systematic and rigorous review. We found that:

• 83 percent of studies that measured education outcomes found positive impacts
• 62 percent of studies that measured employment outcomes found positive impacts
• 63 percent of studies that examined earnings outcomes found positive impacts.
